Pope Benedict nominates Fr. Vincent Harolimana Bishop of Ruhengeri in Rwanda



On Tuesday Pope Benedict XVI nominated Fr. Vincent Harolimana to be the bishop of the diocese of Ruhengeri in Rwanda.
